1. About this website
This website is operated by BOLD ROUTES PROPERTIES L.L.C, an independent real-estate marketing and brokerage business, to market VYE. We are not SODIC and this is not the official SODIC website. Nothing on this website means that the developer endorses us or has appointed us as its official or exclusive sales agent. By using this website you accept these terms.
2. Information only
The content of this website is general marketing information to help you make an enquiry. It is not an offer, a reservation or a contract, and it does not guarantee that any unit is available, nor any investment return, rental income or resale value.
3. Prices, payment plans and delivery
Prices, unit areas, payment plans, down payments, delivery dates, finishing and amenities shown here are indicative and are based on information available when they were published. The developer can change them at any time. The final price, availability, payment plan and delivery terms are those confirmed by the developer in writing at reservation or contracting, and the developer's contract prevails over anything on this website.
4. No payments through this website
We do not accept payments, deposits or reservation fees through this website. Any reservation or purchase is made under documents issued by the developer. Before paying any amount, make sure you receive an official receipt or contract from the party you are paying.
5. Enquiries and communication
When you submit the form or contact us, you ask us to contact you about this property by phone or WhatsApp. We will not use your details for unrelated marketing. You can ask us to stop at any time. A click on a WhatsApp or call button does not create a contract or a confirmed enquiry.
6. Images and project content
Images, renders, plans and descriptions are for illustration. Some come from material published by the developer and may differ from the finished project.
7. Trademarks and intellectual property
Project and developer names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the project being marketed. Their use does not mean ownership, partnership or endorsement. Please do not copy or reuse the content of this website for commercial purposes without permission.
8. Third-party services
This website links to or uses services operated by others, such as WhatsApp, Google and Meta. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.
9. Responsibility
We take care to keep the information on this website accurate, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete or up to date at all times. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for decisions, changes, delays or obligations of the developer, or for loss caused by relying on indicative information without confirming it with the developer. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under laws that cannot be excluded by agreement.
10. Privacy
How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date below shows the latest version.
12. Contact and complaints
